Founded in 2024, Soaked Oak was created to extend the reach in which founder James Spicer could serve the public with the craft he knows and loves. Inspired by a passion for whisky — particularly bourbon aged in soaked oak barrels — the name embodies the spirit of tradition, warmth, and authentic craftsmanship that defines every event we host.

With over 15 years of experience behind the bar, 5+ years of bar management expertise, and a certification as a Bourbon Steward through the Stave & Thief Society, James brings unparalleled knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail to every pour.
